This cheese comes in a large truckle (900g) - though we are happy to cut to the required weight. It is a mild version of the mature Cornish Gouda we stock, in this case aged for just 3 to 4 months. Produced in Cornwall to traditional Dutch methods, this cheese has a smooth texture, is creamy and has a buttery flavour.
