Made using the milk from the Button herd reared on the edge of Dartmoor by Sue and Will. This cheese can vary in strength and taste from being mild and sweet with a fresh floral flavour to a much deeper intensity. Harbourne Blue tastes great on its own and is also a rewarding after-dinner cheese.
